In my professional career, I have been a Certified Public Accountant for 27 years. I worked as a CPA in the Office of Cornelia C Viek, CPA, for 21 years. From 2012 to 2024, the Office of Cornelia C Viek, CPA, was named the best Tax Practice of the Midcoast. I was named the best Tax Practitioner of Brunswick, Maine, 2020-2024.
As of November 1, 2025, I have decided to open my own firm, striving to provide the same customer service that allowed us to win those awards.
I live in Brunswick with my wife, Martha, and dog, Leo. Our four children, Mitchell Jr., Ryan, Emily, and Holly, all attended Brunswick public schools and have since left us as empty nesters. We enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and occasionally hitting the golf course together.
